Track and Field News:
- Please congratulate the boys track team. They competed very well and finished 3rd in the region. Considering the two teams ahead competed in two events that we did not and score 20-30 points, we faired well. We qualified for 6 events at the Georgia Boys high School Olympics on May 8-10. Thanks to all who came out to support and great track season.
Qualifying for State as the region champ or the region runner up:
Eugene Glenn- Champ, long jump
4 x 100 Relay- Champs,Reuben Lacy, Brandon Richardson, Nehemyah Price, Eugene Glenn
100 M- Runner Up, Reuben lacy 10.81(may be school record)
110 and 300 Hurdles-Runner Up, Nehemyah Price (14.23 maybe be school record)

- Congrats to Eugene Glenn the region 8 Long Jump champion and Hassohn McMahon the Region runner Up in the shot put. These guys have already qualified for the states championships held in Jefferson, Georgia on May 8-10. Shiloh is currently in 3rd play going into the finals today at Mill Creek.
Other top finishers in the region so far are:

Josh Brown 4th in shot put
Wyllyam Sparks 4th in triple jump
Evan Black 4th in discus
Hassohn McMahon 6th in discus
- Congrats to the Girls Track and Field Team:
who won their 3rd Region title in a row sliding by Brookwood 111 to 100.5.
Region Champs are Cree'ann Perkins, Olivia Nash, Donye Coleman.
Region Runner Ups are Donye Coleman, Ariana Walsh, Lachae Brown, 4x1 Relay of Ariana Walsh, Kelsi Carter, Sadie Morris, and Clarissa Williams (Patrice Woodard)
These young ladies will compete in Albany, Georgia on May 1-3 for the State Track and Field Championships.
