Do You Qualify to go to College Tuition-Free?
Harvard
is offering free tuition for students that have a family income below
$40,000. The University’s president,
Lawrence H. Summers said, “When only 10% of the students in Elite higher
education come from families in the lower half of the income distribution, we
are not doing enough.”

you know a bright young student getting ready to graduate from high school,

of anyone between 18-28 years old, interested in the nursing field, University of the District of Columbia (UDC) is offering free tuition, free books, a $250 monthly stipend, and guaranteed job placement as
a nurse at Providence Hospital upon graduation (it's a 3 year program) with a
