Changes in Counselor Department Policy

Effective immediately the Counseling Department Hours of Operation will be Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm.

All requests for documents must be submitted to the Counseling Department a minimum of 48 hours prior to when the document is needed. Requests for documents which are subject to this 48 hours notice include, but are not limited to, the following:

· Transcripts

· A.D.A.P. cards

· Proof of enrollment and or status

· Insurance verification letters

· Work permits

· Copies of immunization records

These changes have been implemented in order to provide a greater level of efficiency in the department. Your assistance in conveying this information to your students is appreciated.
