Interact Club - Interact is a Rotary-sponsored service club for students in ninth through twelfth grades. Interact gives young people an opportunity to participate in fun, meaningful service projects. Through their service activities, Interactors learn the importance of: developing leadership skills and personal integrity; demonstrating helpfulness and respect for others; understanding the value of individual responsibility and hard work. Shiloh Interact Club helps our school and community through Relay for Life, Red Ribbon Week, Festival of Trees, road clean-up, nursing home visits, and food bank support. Additionally, Interact Club is a way for seniors to earn hours for the diploma Community Service Seal. Participation in at least two service projects per school year is expected. Intermediate Girls' Chorus* - Intermediate Girls' Chorus members are selected through auditions and director recommendations. Intermediate Chorus studies and performs music of various styles and periods. Financial Obligations: Responsible for required concert attire. Meeting Times: During class, extra rehearsals as needed, 4 concerts per year. Faculty Advisor(s): Craig Johnson
International Thespian Society* - The International Thespian Society is a group of students who have prior theater experience and service who elect to serve the school and the community through theater and related activities. Membership is based on prior service to the Shiloh Theater and guidelines set forth by the International Thespian Society. Meeting Times: Once a month. Junior Class - Assist the junior class of Shiloh High School plan the junior senior prom held in the
Spring. The class also will participate in any school events where it is mandated for clubs. Meeting Times: Tuesday afternoons as needed. Typically once in November, January, February, March and several in April to finalize prom. Financial Obligations: None. Faculty Advisor(s): Andie Derricho, Jamilya Mayo
Kitty Hawk Air Society Phoenix Chapter* - A National Honor Society which promotes service to the school and Shiloh’s civilian community. Cadets must have an A in ROTC and a B average in all other subjects to be eligible to participate. Participation can lead to obtaining the Kitty Hawk Badge and a citation cord. Meeting Times: 2:20pm –3:30pm once a month or as needed. Financial Obligations: None. Faculty Advisor(s): Major Trujillo, MSgt. Cook
Latin Club* - The Latin Club is a language club established to provide students with cultural experiences outside of the classroom. Meeting Times: Members will meet generally every month; dates determined by the sponsor and club officers. Financial Obligations: Students must pay a small club fee yearly to join. MarchingBand of Generals* - The marching band performs and at all Varsity Football Games and performs at marching band competitions (3 per year). Meeting Times: M, Tu, Th 3:00pm – 5:30pm. Financial Obligations: $250.00

Marching Band Colorguard – For anyone interested in learning to perform with flags during the half-time show at football games and competitions with the Marching Band. Meeting Times: Auditions are held in the Spring. Practice once a week during the summer and the two weeks before school starts and during football season M, Tu & TH 3:00-5:30pm. Financial Obligations: $300.00. Faculty Advisor(s): B. D. Alexander

Mock Trial - The comprehensive, law-focused program of the State Bar of Georgia is designed to provide young people with an operational understanding of the law, legal issues and the judicial process by preparing for, and participating in, a mock trial. Using a case prepared by the Young Lawyers Division of the State Bar of Georgia, students playing the role of witnesses or attorneys will participate in a trial presided over by a real judge in a real courtroom. The Regional competition is usually held at the Gwinnett County Justice Center the third weekend in February. The winners proceed to the State competition and the State winners go on to the National competition. High school students (grades 9-12) with a “B” average or better are eligible to participate in try-outs for the team of 12-14 persons (6 attorneys, 6 witnesses, 2 timekeepers. Meeting times: The team meets at 6:00 p.m. with our attorney coach on Tuesdays and/or Thursdays. Since the new case is not issued until the first week in December, practices are held primarily over a 2½ month period; however, meetings will be held prior to December with the initial meeting during the first month of the school year). Financial Obligations: There are no fees, but students must provide their own transportation to practice and to the competitions. Faculty Advisor(s): Mahlon Bryan, Linda Farfante

Mu Alpha Theta - National Math Honor Society. Meeting Times: Each Semester. Financial Obligations: $7.00. Faculty Advisor(s): Stephen Dartt

Multi-Cultural Student Association (MCSA) - The Multi-Cultural Student Association (MCSA) is created to highlight the diverse cultures within the Shiloh Community and to enlighten students about how cultural differences can be the strengths that bring our community together. Any student may join. Meeting times: 2:30 - 3:30 usually one day a week (day decided by students in the club). Financial Obligations: $7-$10 dues. Faculty Advisor(s): Joan Evans
National French Honor Society* - The National French Honor Society recognizes achievement and high academic and character standards. Students meeting national requirements are invited to join. Meeting Times: Members meet once a year for the induction ceremony and various times throughout the year depending on service projects or activities planned by the officers. Financial Obligations: Students must pay between $10.00-20.00 to cover the cost of national dues and graduation materials. Faculty Advisor(s): Sheryl Stewart
